Our stylists pricing is based on education, experience and demand for their time. In the event that your stylists moved up a level and their prices exceed your budget, we ensure that all of our stylists will give you great service, skillful color/cut and product recommendations regardless of their level.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
PLEASE NOTE NEW POLICY:
We require a 48 hour notice from your appointment time if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any other changes.
Missed appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of your total services to the credit card on file. To avoid fees, some appointments can be taken by friends or family for similar services. (Please call us to confirm a switch, as hair length and density can affect the eligibility of your request to offer your appointment to friends and family.)
Your reservation time is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. Our stylist’s income is based on commission; last minute cancellations or reschedules result in a loss of income for our stylists and small business. We appreciate your understanding!
Please call us to confirm, as hair length and density can effect the eligibility of your request to offer your appointment to friends and family.
What if I’m sick/injured and can’t make my appointment?
We’re sorry to hear that, and we hope you feel better soon! Our cancellation policy applies to any appointment missed for any reason, even if the circumstances are out of your control.
Please note that this isn’t meant to be a punishment–the lost income simply can’t be made up in the case of last minute cancellations. If you have questions about our policy, please feel free to reach out to us.
Can I book my color online?
To book a color appointment, please call or email the salon directly. Currently, you can only schedule haircuts online.
Please note: if you’ve never gotten a color service done at Logan Parlor before, we will require you to book a color consultation first.
What’s a color consultation?
The color consultation is a 15 minute appointment with a deposit fee of $28. This $28 deposit can be applied to the total cost of your services later. This appointment can be done virtually or you can come into the salon to talk face to face.
During the color consultation, a stylist will go over your hair with you–your color goals, your hair history, your expectations, and their professional opinion about how to go about achieving your goals! At the end of the consultation, your stylist will help you set up your color appointment and provide you with a quote.
I just want a haircut. Do I need to book a consultation?
Nope! Your haircut appointment comes with a consultation included at the time of service.
