A boutique hair salon located in the wonderful neighborhood of Logan Square, awarded Chicago Best New Salon in 2014 by Chicago Magazine. Our talented artists offer a range of services from beard grooms to advanced hair color techniques like balayage and ombre. We strive to create a positive community centered experience focusing on educating each guest on how to re-create and maintain their look from home.

We have an established and extensive in-salon education program for all of our stylists so they stay well educated and current in today’s trends and best business practices. We have a team of awarded, national educators that inspire our team to create and uphold the highest level of industry standards.

We believe in a gender-free pricing structure where services are charged based on timing, hair length, and stylist level. Minimum starting prices are listed on our service page. Final prices will be quoted by your stylist upon request after a thorough consultation. We take pride in serving every one and all hair types and especially love serving the LGBTQIA+ community and providing a safe environment for all of our guests to meet their hair goals.

We encourage all of our guests to stop by at any time and belly up to our color bar and enjoy a coffee or tea. We Love seeing you!

Dear Logan Parlor Family,

  • Our staff undergoes ongoing training to work with all hair types and textures, including curls, coils, and waves.
  • We participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training, including Gender Appropriate Language education through Howard Brown and Safe Space training through L’Oréal.
  • We advocate for change at a state level, pushing for beauty school curriculums to include comprehensive textured hair education.
  • We strive to build a multiracial team, with the aspiration of fostering a truly diverse and representative salon environment.
